Redundancy support service

In the current difficult economic climate, redundancy is a reality that many managers, their colleagues and family will have to come to terms with.  78% of managers say that they have previous experience of redundancy and 73% say that there is now less stigma attached to redundancy than there was in the 1990s. Nevertheless, redundancy can be a stressful and emotional experience, whatever the cause.
