Chartered Manager is the highest status you can achieve as a manager and perfectly complements ICE's professional qualifications. It recognises your excellence as a professional manager and leader alongside your expertise as a civil engineer.

CMI has teamed up with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) to offer their Chartered Engineers (CEng) and Incorporated Engineers (IEng) with five years or more of management experience access to CMI’s qualified route to becoming a Chartered Manager.

If you hold any of these qualifications, and have five years minimum of management experience, you are eligible to apply via this route. If your application is successful, you’ll receive a 50% discount on your annual CMI membership fees as long as you continue to be an ICE member.
