		Building on the experience you have already gained as a senior manager, we have introduced our Level 7 Strategic Management and Leadership qualifications to enhance your stratefic leadership qualities by introducing you to techniques that will help you recognise your individual leadership style and help you become more effective at planning, delivering and communicating strategy.
