How to keep receiving cmi emails

If you are not receiving emails from CMI it could be that they are being caught up in the junk mail / spam filter of your email software.

Find below steps on how to deal with this in Microsoft Outlook, Hotmail, Microsoft Live and GMail, but the basics of this should be relevant to any email used.

Microsoft Outlook

Click on the Junk/Spam link, this will display any that have been caught up.

Select the email you wish to deal with and open it.

In Safe Lists there are 3 options

  • Add Sender to Safe Sender list - This will mark this specific sender as being safe.
  • Add Senders Domain to Safe Sender list - This will mark everything from that domain as being safe. e.g. All emails from managers-uk.org
  • Add Recipient to Safe Recipients list - This will trust the sending email e.g. noreply@managers-uk.org.
