Royal Marine courses eligible for CMI qualifications

To gain your CMI qualification, identify your in-service course from the links below and follow the options detailed.

CMI provides the opportunity for military personnel to register for qualifications that are accredited directly to career development courses (see table below).

This window normally commences from the date of successful completion of the accredited course, details of which are required on the registration form for subsequent verification by CMI. If you have completed an accredited course since 2010 you can register for an appropriate qualification, although in some cases central service funding may not be available. Please check dates applicable to your chosen course.

Please note:

  • No additional work, apart from successfully completing your in-service course, is required to gain the qualifications.
  • In most cases, no fee is payable to gain the qualifications; fees will be automatically paid from central service funds; your service is paying for you to gain the qualifications.
  • For information on eligibility for Standard Learning Credits (SLC) please see the relevant registration form
