In this engaging presentation, Rose outlines how 'knowledge management' adds value to consultancy and empowers the client . She will explain what knowledge management is and how it supports all stages of the consultancy cycle.
Anyone undertaking internal or external consultancy will benefit; attendees will learn some tried and tested techniques and take away a useful toolkit, together with information on how to explore the subject further.
Rose Atkinson is a career Civil Servant with 35 years' service. She has a fascinating portfolio of experience in Central Government, from investigating marriages of convenience and granting political asylum to refugees, to handling some of the most sensitive information in government and delivering efficiencies across Whitehall.
Rose has been in the Government Knowledge and Information Management Profession since 2006 and is currently Deputy Head of the Cabinet Office Knowledge and Information Management Unit.
In 2009 Rose decided to seek a CMCE award to enhance her knowledge management role. Since 2010 she has been a regular speaker on Knowledge Management and Development.
