Justin King, Chief Executive, Sainsbury's
Justin King was appointed chief executive officer on 29th March 2004 and is also chairman of the operating board. He has been a non-executive director of Staples, Inc. since September 2007.
He is a member of the CBI president’s committee and a visiting fellow of Oxford University’s centre for corporate reputation. Justin is a former member of both the board of the London organising committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games (2009-20013) and the prime minister’s business advisory group (2010-2012).
He was previously the Director of Food at Marks and Spencer Group plc and prior to this he held a number of senior positions at ASDA/WalMart and spent much of his early career with Mars Confectionery and Pepsi International.
There is limited parking at Austin Court - we have therefore noted below some alternatives, if the car park is full.
- National Indoor Arena (pay and display)
Limited street parking:
- Side streets opposite the NIA (payment meters)
- South side of Broad Street (A456)
- At the end of Cambridge Street at the junction of Summer Row (A457) - the entrance is in Brindley Drive
Please note that as well as being further away, the above alternatives are generally more expensive than the NIA car park.
