This session will cover the various forms of social media and how they're helping and hindering other people. There will be brief case studies and a look at what's worked and what hasn't, as well as a few basics for people who haven't really started on the social media journey.
Social media has now been popular for around half a decade and companies are still missing out because they think they've 'done it' by posting the odd tweet. People are directing their energies in inappropriate places and they're losing business as a result.
This is aimed squarely at the owner-manager or consultant who talks to them. Attendees will take away a few practical steps to get them started on social media and particularly to see whether they're already out there and not protecting their brand.
