The evening will start with a short intro from each of the five executive coaches before attendees can then move on to the speed coaching sessions.

Rosie incorporates the Language and Behaviour (LAB) Profile® to help individuals improve leadership capability. Enabling you to increase focus, prevent stress, solve problems you thought were insurmountable amongst other things.
It might be talking over changes you want to make or how to get that next great opportunity or something else. You use the coach as an objective sounding board who has no personal interest or opinion in what you ultimately want to aim for and therefore not impeding the client’s train of thought merely advising on what the client is saying.

Anne Harper MCIPD
Anne has had a wide and varied career, starting in Hospitality Management moving to Competency training and assessing, lecturing and now owning and running her own training and coaching company CPD - Complete Performance Development.
She completed her Post Graduate Certificate with the University in Aberdeen in 2008.
Since then Anne’s main focus has been to develop and delivered People based Safety Coaching programmes for several organisations in the Oil and Gas Industry.
These coaching programmes have provided individuals with the essential tools and strategies to empower their work force to become more aware of their surroundings, self-accountable for injury free prevention and actively caring for the safety and health of others.
Her goal is for organisations to train everyone to become coaches. She believes that with the skills of communicating in a coaching style they would be able to communicate and challenge more effectively, be able take responsibility for their own development, actions and outcomes as well as building more effective teams and relationships. This in turn would leading to measurable changes and quantifiable results for the company.
Anne is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a qualified NLP Practitioner, and a member of the Association for coaching.
Su Prentice, FCIPD, MAC, Professional Development Consultant
A qualified Coach/Mentor and the Managing Director of Mindful Coaching Ltd. Her focus is on supporting organisations and individuals to achieve fulfilment and success.
Su has always worked in the people industry either voluntary as a Special Constable, Counsellor with Victim Support or currently as a Rape and Abuse Support Worker, through to her professional capacity covering a variety of roles involving sourcing, managing and developing people in business.
Su has 12 years experience in Recruitment and Human Resources, 2 years as a Business and IIP Adviser and has successfully coached, mentored and trained countless business and personal clients for over 17 years, with 8 years as Development Consultant for The Urquhart Partnership in Aberdeen. Su has exposure across all industries and sizes ranging from SME's (small & medium enterprises) to major operators.
With her business background, combined with her experience in people skills, Su can quickly study and get under the skin of an organisation or individual, showing where their potential lies. She can then challenge their current perspectives to unleash that potential.
Su's approach is flexible, fresh and focused and her style is professional but warm, building relationships with people whilst positively encouraging discussion, insights and action. She is enthusiastic and passionate about providing a first-class service with long term success.
Su is local to Aberdeen, lives in Kingswells with Husband Simon, two teenage daughters and her dog Jackson.

As a Senior Police officer for 30 years with Grampian Police, I have worked with a variety of public , private and 3rd sector organisations, leading high performing teams.
An adaptable, flexible and resilient individual with high levels of personal integrity and ethics, I have since developed my skills in the private sector in Oil & Gas including offshore whilst developing professionally as the Regional events organiser and team lead for the Association for Coaching — `the coaches coach`
My specialism’s are; executive coaching, leadership and management development, leadership mentoring, organisational change, employee engagement, coach training and facilitation.
Martha is a qualified Executive Coach, Leadership and HR Specialist, and a certified Workplace and Employment Mediator. She is also an accredited NLP Practitioner. She is the founder of Martha Simpson Coaching and works with leaders or those who aspire to be leaders across a range of sectors from large organisations to small businesses.
She has a special interest in women which stems from having been a female CEO of a national organisation whilst still in her thirties, and from working with a range of women led organisations.
Martha is passionate about coaching and has studied the impact of coaching at Masters Degree level. Her studies examined the great volume of literature on women, and the growing volume of literature on coaching.
Her research looked at whether or not coaching had anything to offer women who, 30 years after the Equal Pay Act, are still a minority on Boards and in senior roles, and who when they achieve top dog status frequently fall (or climb down) from the top of the tree.
Martha is also a Director of Harvey McMillan Associates Ltd an HR Consultancy offering a range of Leadership and HR services to a diverse client group.
Her interest in women is rather ironic, given she grew up not just with brothers, but in a village where she had six boys in the house next door and was the single female member of the village football team.
