Do Leaders & Managers have the correct skill sets to deliver business efficiently?
Hereford & Worcester Network Event - breakfast meeting
This is a unique opportunity to attend an event to hear from three organisations who can provide the knowledge and support for effective business growth in Herefordshire.
The Chartered Management Institute has an invaluable set of products to ensure that 21st Century Leaders and Managers are well equipped to face the increasing demands on businesses today. As the only chartered management body CMI is able to award Chartered Manager status to those with either evidence of experience, or having appropriate qualifications and post experience / practical application of theories.
Chartered Manager status gives business owners the confidence in their human resource abilities and this will greatly assist in procurement opportunities too.
Coupled with this the emerging New University for Herefordshire's mission is to create industry ready graduates in the sciences to develop and enhance business opportunities in the expanding county. Despite the continuing global economic picture and continuing budget cuts across the UK, Herefordshire - and Hereford City in particular- is proving a surprisingly ripe-and-ready setting for the design, development and creation of a modern, world-class, private university to be built from scratch.
Further, The Leadership Trust Foundation's leadership development services have been used by nearly 50,000 managers at all levels, including Board, covering all UK industry sectors as well as international. They are a recognised leader in the field of experiential learning for leadership effectiveness; skilfully blending theory with practice to develop authentic, high performance leadership.
