An interactive presentation looking at how Leadership models have evolved over time, the competency style frameworks in vogue at the moment and some future gazing to explore how emerging trends will impact on the Leadership models of the future. If (like me) you grew up with ideas of Fayol or Taylor still echoing through leadership development this will be a fascinating memory jogger. If you don’t know what i am talking about then you will enjoy a guided tour through Leaderships dark past to some more enlightened ideas.
The presentation will share the various models and involve interactive group discussions on the relative merits of each. All you need to bring are your experiences and a willingness to share your thoughts with fellow CMI members!
