This programme of seminars will be focused on Gender in the workplace, particularly 'feminine' skills/traits and the impact on Leadership. This is not about women’s movement or indeed self-reflection, but a hard look and the skills needed to change the masculine perceptions of the workplace, to create a more human, values driven and supported network via leadership.
The seminar series, taking place at Talent Lab starting week 17th APRIL 2015, is the latest in a series of highly successful events on future organizations and leadership. This programme will examine straightforward steps men and women in particular can take to avoid poor leadership and performance, concentrating on simply key changes and best practices.
The sessions will be led by Dr Paul Thomas and invited speakers and is a great way to start work regardless of industry or sector and will also provide a Pearson’s Assured Certificated course for those seeking CPD.
The seminars will take place every Friday from Friday 17th April until Friday 29th May from 8.00am until 9.30am.
