Colette Lees is an internationally renowned Emotional Intelligence speaker and practitioner, presenting most recently at the 2014 Global Emotional Intelligence Conference. Bringing the latest research and tools direct from that conference she will give an insight into the link between Emotional Intelligence and successful marketing. This will cover:

• Key drivers of performance in each global region.
• Which competencies are the most powerful drivers of performance outcomes.
• How to identify whom to recruit and develop for international trade.
• How the latest in scientific research can give your business the competitive advantage.
Colette began her career in retail management in the UK and progressed to owning and running her own businesses before becoming a Leadership and Management Programme Leader at the University of Central Lancashire.
Colette gained her MBA there whilst becoming a national coaching expert and practitioner and recognised, during this period, how development centred on the emotional intelligence awareness of her clients and built a deep seated, knowledgeable and professional interest in the EI field.
Her EI career now spans the Atlantic and she operates in both the U.S. and the UK offering professional speaking, bespoke Leadership and Executive development programs incorporating EI for organisations and individuals and dynamic insights into the EI field.
