Use this as your opportunity to creatively identify your 2016 challenge and plan the action you will take to make IT happen.
This is an opportunity to be a part of the WiM North West network and to gain some valuable insights into what you can do to make IT happen.
Networking and mince pies before we start will give us all a chance to get together and build our links. We do hope to see you there!
Anita will introduce and end the evening and the event – sharing WiM North West’s exciting Vision and Values and explaining What we want to Make happen – with your support – in 2016.
Andi will support you to identify: What is your 2016 challenge – what is IT that will make a difference if you plan and start to work on IT now. Andi will challenge you to push your thinking forwards. Don’t wait for January – now is the time to ensure your 2016 success!
Julie will help you to get your creative ideas flowing to identify how you can make IT happen. With some encouragement to use your imagination and visualise your success you will be armed and ready for that 2016 success.
Anita is Director of ADG. Her passion is developing positive, effective people and positive, effective organisations. She uses action learning, coaching and NLP to support and challenge managers and leaders to identify and implement change. ADG is a CMI Centre that specialises in coaching and management qualifications (Levels 3 to 7) . She has been involved in WiM North West and the WiM National Advisory committee since 2013 and believes her experiences as a woman manager, and working with women leaders gives her empathy and insights which help her to coach and develop women to achieve the success they deserve. She believes that the most important thing women can do to make a difference to the future of women in management is to support each other and encourage success.
Andi uses her strengths in Performance coaching, and talent development to
develop managers, graduates and apprentice across a wide range of industries.
Her background in operational management helps her to support leaders
through transformation and change and to work towards operational excellence.
She is a qualified NLP Practitioner and has been involved with WiM since 2014.

Julie is a marketing specialist and business coach. She works with leaders,
teams and individuals helping them to overcome their challenges
through organisational and personal brand development. Julie believes
that we need to empower more women to be courageous. With the right
tools and the right support network around you anything is possible
