Join us for this exciting introduction to the ‘Developing Tomorrow’s Leaders Today’ concept through which CMI Scotland can support students and aspiring managers and leaders on their own journey – from professional recognition to networking opportunities with experienced managers and leaders. 

This event is aimed at both students and recently qualified managers wishing to develop their management skills and understanding. As well as inspiring knowledge and content from our two key presenters, the event will also enable you to develop your own personal network of key individuals within the Management & Leadership community as well as supporting you in increasing your employability.

Ian McNaught is the Executive Director of the Small Business Charter and has extensive entrepreneurial business transformation experience working across the UK, Europe, USA, China, Scandinavia, Russia and Israel; managing both business enterprise and operations.

Ian has 25+ years experience delivering viable enterprise and strategic solutions, working with multi-nationals; SMEs; start-ups; family businesses; government bodies and academia.
He is also the Chair of the Chartered Management Institute Scotland board.
