Join us for a presentation that will explore the benefits of having a specialist HR Change function within the HR department to deliver large scale people impacting changes. Carolyn and Laura will explore the type of change management that the Npower team have delivered and consider the way in which Prince2 methodology is applied in doing so. This event will give members the chance to think about how they might improve managing HR change initiatives within their own organisations, whether large or small.
Carolyn has been with RWE npower for 8 years and Laura for 5 years and are both passionate that people changes are managed effectively and empathically, with managers being supported in delivering difficult messages and throughout the whole change journey. Two years ago, as part of a wider HR organisational redesign, Carolyn set up the team of change professionals which she now leads whilst Laura has recently joined the team after partnering with Customer Service Domestic business as HR Manager.
Please arrive from 6:00 pm for networking and buffet. The presentation will take place 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm with time for questions and answers afterwards. The event will end around 8:00 pm.
