Join us for the first of our two opening events to support the 2015 Leading Wales Awards "call for nominations."

Leadership: transforming Wales with Professor Brian Morgan (Professor of Entrepreneurship at Cardiff Met University and is Director of its Creative Leadership and Enterprise Centre (CLEC).

Brian will explain why leadership that is transforming how we work in order to inspire, motivate, engage others as well as to stimulate creativity and innovation and generate visionary business thinking, is essential for us in Wales.

“We need to ensure that our businesses don’t just survive in the present but actually move forward by creatively building a sustainable future. Bluntly we won’t build #thewaleswewant without growing the economy in Wales and we won’t grow the economy unless business leadership is both transactional and transformational.”

This event marks the opening of the nomination call for the 2015 Leading Wales Awards, which have been developed by a consortium of partners who passionately believe that developing leadership skills, capacity and networks is essential to building economic growth. The Consortium is delighted that once again the Awards are in association with Cardiff Metropolitan University.
