The simple notion of making small changes to our behaviour is simple, sustainable and it works.
It might be a change to a belief, language, a way of thinking, a feeling. It might be more tangible, for example, ask a question before making a statement, or listen with curiosity rather than your own agenda. It almost always requires self-awareness about current performance and motivation.
Women also have some female inner chatterbox going on too, maybe it’s about what you think you deserve, how it might appear arrogant to ask, feel uncomfortable putting family first, credit others for your successes or just shy away from asking or making that point.
Our gluetogether values are Playful, Maverick, Extraordinary, Energetic and Curious so expect interaction, practical and fun. Why not come with an idea of something you’d like to improve in your life and focus on making a small change in your behaviour.
Join us for this event where our speaker Chris Gilkes, gluetogether Limited, will talk about how small changes in behaviour can have a massive impact on results.
