With continuing negative stories in the media about banks’ and financial institutions’ disregard for their customers and stakeholders money, you would be forgiven for thinking that a lot of work is needed to restore their reputations. Even the public and third sectors are not immune to questions about just how much they really care about their customers. You might also be questioning whether honesty and integrity has flown from these organisations, and whether we will ever be able to trust them again. Leaders of these organisations might argue that it is increasingly difficult to maintain integrity with the pressures of modern business and government.
This interactive talk, which is an extract from a new training programme on integrity, will give you an overview of some of the issues and leadership dilemmas involved.
Our speakers for this evening are Lyn Williams and Rachel Slough of Crechendo.
