CMI Southern is pleased to welcome trainer Adrian Kingswell FCMI as the speaker for this event entitled "Leadership and Change Management in a period of austerity" at the Medina Leisure Centre in Newport. Adrian presented to managers at the successful professional development event in November 2014 in Portsmouth, and this event is part of a roadshow to help members access leadership and change management support in the region.
Booking is open to all CMI members in the region.
Thank you to the Solent Network for its assistance in this roadshow and supporting the Isle of Wight members.
As part of this event, managers will be able to comment on CMI activities and opportunities they would like to see in the region and develop on the island.
Adrian Kingswell FCMI
Adrian has been a national tutor on senior leadership development programmes in the public sector, including the Senior Leadership Development Programme at the National College of Police Leadership. He is a motivational and inspirational trainer and has introduced many programme changes to meet the future needs of leaders particularly in the areas of change management, creativity and innovation.
He is a member of the British Psychological Society and an accredited, current practitioner of MBTI, 16PF and NEO PI-R. Combining these psychometric tools with that of FIRO-B and Belbin Team Behaviours, of which he is also an accredited practitioner, Adrian is able to provide a facilitative response to problem solving in both dysfunctional group and individual cases.
He is committed to raising the level of competence in management and its qualification, is a CMI Ambassador and a long term member of the CMI Solent Network Management Team.
