Drawing on a major piece of research for the UK government and in conjunction with the professional bodies of accounting, management and people, Dr Max Blumberg, a Research Fellow at Goldsmiths, University of London, will take seminar participants through the main implications of the research.
The seminar will cover four broad aspects: the main drivers shaping the talent agenda in today's organisations; the state of the art in managing the value of talent; an introduction to a new framework for valuing talent; and future developments in the field and wider regulation which will impact on the practices of companies.
