MoralDNA: Values based leadership and decision making.
When it comes to management and leadership in the 21st century, the truth is that who cares, wins. Ethics should be at the heart of every organisation’s culture, whatever their size or sector. CMI research shows that higher scores for managers’ ethics are linked to higher organisational performance.
Every manager has a part to play: leading by example, making value-based decisions, and rewarding the right behaviour, not just results. If employers get the ethical culture right, they’ll reap the rewards through better performance, stronger employee engagement and improved relationships with their customers.
The second in the series of The End Result events brought to you by the CMI North East, Yorkshire & Humberside Regional Board on the final Thursday of each month, the event will consider the outcomes of the MoralDNA report which was published by the CMI in October 2014, offer delegates the chance to debate the key findings and network with fellow delegates.
The End Result is centred around the power of 3:
Working alongside our Education Provider partners, we are delighted to invite you to learn more about key management and leadership issues and offer your opinion through debate. These activities also maximise the opportunity to network with like minded individuals, CMI members, students and non-members and gain the most from the events.
Built around CMI’s thought leadership agenda, The End Result events take place on the final Thursday of every month across the CMI North East, Yorkshire and Humberside region.
We therefore look forward to you joining us in achieving The End Result.
What is the agenda?
18.30 Networking over drinks
19.00 Introductions (Each attendee to briefly introduce themselves)
