What is influence? What does it mean to you? Would you like to be a better influencer in your company or your profession?
This successful Leadership training programme, organised by the Cambridgeshire Chambers of Commerce's Business Women's Sector, is designed to further develop the skills of the women business leaders of today and tomorrow. This is a unique opportunity giving you real guidance and practical steps to strengthen your leadership, as well as showing you how to apply these insights to developing other people.
The programme has been designed over three sessions, which can be attended as a series or in isolation.
This workshop is the second of a series of three.
- Identifying language and behavioural patterns and adapting accordingly
- Using the Clean Language framework
- Having some useful tools to take away: team mapping and the influencing planner
This interactive two and a half hours session will allow you to explore your influencing style and provide you with tools and techniques to better your influencing skills.
The other workshops in the series are:
Workshop one: Working Effectively with Others - Thursday 17 September
Workshop three: Public Speaking & Presentation Skills - Thursday 27 November
The workshops have been organised by the Chambers' Business Women's Sector in conjunction with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
