Annette is the Customer Services Manager for Membership at CMI where she leads a team of 5 Customer Services Advisors.
She has responsibility for both CMI and IC and the role focuses on the recruitment and retention of members through reactive response to telephone call, emails and letters and also pro-active recruitment and retention of members via various campaigns. This supports the CMI strategy to increase the number and quality of professional managers and encompasses the vision of CMI as the career partner for managers who strive to achieve Chartered status and become Chartered Managers.
Her objectives include delivery of a circa £4.7 million membership fees target and achievement of a NPS of +20(currently +45).
Annette has a long career in Customer Services Management in a number of global companies and joined CMI 7 years ago and she continues to play a pivotal role in several strategic projects.
Annette was awarded Employee of the Year in 2014 in recognition of her attitude, behaviour and approach to lead her team to success.
Inga is a Chartered Manager with 8-years of experience in marketing, customer relations, and business development. As a current management and organisational development doctoral student, Inga plans to follow in her Women In Management mentors’ paths by helping people, teams and organisations reach their optimal performance.
Having joined CMI while an International Business Management graduate student, Inga values her experiences which has helped enhance her skills and grow professionally. Inga strongly believes in continuous development and looks forward to continuing her professional interests of decision making, loyalty, organisation development, leadership and change management.
