We are delighted to invite you to attend this breakfast meeting at the Stower Grange Hotel near Norwich to discuss "how to attract and retain talent" in today's market.

Our guest speaker will be Cathy Brown, from Engage for Success, who will be sharing the latest research on the impact the "Employee Engagement" is having on organisations across the UK.  Cathy has wide ranging experience across the public, private and third sectors in raising awareness and providing practical guidance to organisations looking to improve employee engagement.

According to recent research in October 2015 by the Prince's Trust and HSBC, almost three quarters (73%) of British businesses believe a skills crisis will hit the UK within the next 3 years.

Keeping your best performing managers makes sound commercial sense. It means that you have an "engaged" workforce who understand your business, they get the best out of their teams, they contribute to the growth of the organisation and they have the competence and confidence to deliver business benefits.

The CMI already support and work with organisations across the UK to develop and maintain their existing talent, so the event promises to be lively and engaging with practical tips and advice.

Registration is at 7.00am with bacon rolls, pastries and coffee/tea with a prompt start at 7.15am.
