The theme for December is Learning from Failure and will be facilitated by Gail Tutcher.
The meeting is being hosted by the BQF and will be open to BQF members as well as CMI members.
In his book, ‘Black Box Thinking’, Times columnist Matthew Syed lays out the case for learning from failure. During this session we will explore why failure provides the opportunities to learn and improve and why this is easier said than done. We will look at how to remove blame from an organisation and share ideas for creating a high-performance culture based on continuous improvement.
Registration will commence at 18:15 and the discussion will start at 18:30.
There will be a mid-way break for continued discussion and networking.
The Chartered Management Institute Square Mile Peer Learning Group is where like-minded managers and leaders of all levels of experience, sectors and locations meet monthly to share their experience and views in a group discussion format.
