Given that both SME growth and public sector innovation is held back by poor management and leadership, it is essential that organisations recognise this and support the development of their management teams in the most appropriate ways.
The recent demise of the Business Growth Accelerator Programme too now places greater emphasis on organisations to manage their own development through alternative private sector support. Through necessity this has to be both time and cost effective.
But where do we begin to find and evaluate what that development should be?
This is just one of the issues to be covered in a series of free quarterly 3 hour CPD events scheduled for 2016, all designed to challenge and develop both you and your organisations leadership and management performance.
Digital learning has great potential but what are the benefits and disadvantages? will be the theme for this discussion at the first of the 2016 series of END RESULT events hosted by CMI Approved Centre - Partners in Management at The Media Centre, Huddersfield.
THE END RESULT
Is centred around the power of 3 with the opportunity to network with like minded individuals, CMI members, students and non-members from across all sectors and professions.
