What are mentoring, coaching and sponsorship?   How do they differ and what are the benefits of each?   Join us to hear why you should get involved and how your career can benefit from all these techniques, whichever side you sit.

Chris will be talking about how to make a mentoring relationship successful and the value to both mentors and mentees.   She will also share information about the new CMI mentoring scheme, which is free to members.

Adrian will show how coaching and being coached can help you to achieve your own and your team’s goals and will provide some tips and techniques for both parties.

Chris will then conclude by demonstrating how finding a sponsor or sponsoring others can  benefit your career with some advice on who should sponsor others, how to find a sponsor and what sponsors actually do.
