“Business is emotional: The unconscious drivers of corporate culture.”
Patrick discusses how the unconscious behaviours of individuals and groups impact on business performance through culture. These behaviours can make or break even the best performing businesses, as they inhibit, or if we are lucky, enable effective cultural change. Patrick demonstrates that with a working understanding of the unconscious in business we can uncover, address and engage the ‘below-the- surface’ behaviours that drive both culture and performance.
