This event will cover how the New Charter Group has evolved from a local authority housing department into a high performing and diverse organisation; holding a top 20 position in the Sunday Times Best 100 Companies in the Not For Profit sector for the last five years.
The seminar will feature the organisations approach to organisational development and coaching.
The aim of this seminar is to share how the organisation has transformed; to create a space for HR/OD professionals to discuss employee engagement and whether this is a model that could be transferable into other organisations.
Our speaker is Jane Atherton
Jane is Director of Organisational Transformation at New Charter Group, a housing association in Ashton Under Lyne. She leads on all areas of the colleague experience at New Charter and is passionate about all things OD. Jane is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
