Have you ever wondered what makes some people memorable and others not? Would you like to increase your chances of being remembered when the right opportunities come up at work or in your personal life? What would you want to be remembered for?
In this webinar we will explore the qualities, behaviours and actions that make someone memorable. We look behind the closed boardroom doors to hear about what matters most when decisions are made about people and opportunities.
Katariina Jalas is an experienced HR professional and Executive Coach. She has more than 15 years of experience in working with people and organisations across a range of industries. In her coaching work, Katariina’s particular interest is in preparing coachees for their work futures alongside helping them fulfil more personal goals such as work/life balance, wellbeing and creativity. She has expertise in coaching clients through career transitions and transformation, building confidence, managing stress, dealing with workplace conflict, and creating portfolio careers.
You will need access to an internet-connected PC with headphones or speakers/microphone, and will just need to follow the on-screen instructions to log in.

Katariina Jalas, Director & Executive Coach, Jalas Coaching Ltd
Katariina Jalas is founder and Executive Coach at Jalas Coaching Ltd as well as part-time Head of HR at Eversholt Rail and Advisory Board Member at City Sail.
Katariina has 15 years of experience in Human Resources predominantly in the financial services sector in the City of London, most recently at Credit Suisse. Building on this experience, she discovered her passion for helping individuals with their work-related challenges. She coaches clients at various stages of their life and career, from a number of different industries. Katariina is both pragmatic and thoughtful, and offers an opportunity for the client to explore what lies below the surface, in terms of a person’s background and motivations. Her approach is supported by an awareness of systems and psychodynamic approaches in psychology.
Katariina’s particular interest is in preparing coachees for their work futures alongside helping them fulfil more personal goals such as work/life balance, wellbeing and creativity. She has expertise in coaching clients through career transitions and transformation, building confidence, managing stress, dealing with workplace conflict, and creating portfolio careers.
Katariina has an MBA from London Business School and an MA in languages from the University of Helsinki. She holds a Certificate in Counselling Skills and has completed the Executive Coaching Programme at Tavistock Consulting (accredited at Senior Practitioner level by the EMCC).
Katariina has an international background and has lived and worked in five countries. When she is not coaching or working as an HR professional, she spends time with her young family.
