Please join us for this thought-provoking event, this is a chance for all professionals and members of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) and Chartered Management Institute (CMI) to come together to network and discuss common issues and practical solutions. Led by guest speaker, Roger Beaumont, the evening will explore the challenge of managing and sustaining change in a dynamic business environment. Constant change is a business reality, and organisations must continually adapt to their environments to stay competitive or risk becoming obsolete. Roger draws on his experience of navigating the challenges of leading and managing a medium-sized engineering company in Huddersfield to provide insights into successful change management approaches.

Roger is a retired Director of an industrial centrifuge manufacturing company established in Huddersfield in 1864. He has over 45 years’ experience working in all aspects of engineering from manufacturing through to aftermarket support, and at all levels from apprentice to Board Room. He navigated many internal and external challenges during his years of service and has a proven track record for developing and continuously improving all aspects of the company.
