Join the Square Mile Networking group for this event.  Our topic for discussion is "Managing Dysfunctional Teams" and will be facilitated by Sylvia King.

There is no I in TEAM, however in a word search we find ME and this is where the issues might arise.  When individualism and short-termism comes into play, we are more than likely to get the team unaligned. The overall vision and objectives are therefore not achieved, and in the end, failure is the only result.

Managing Dysfunctional Teams - “the problem is office chaos created by unmanaged office politics.” Join us as we tackle the reason for Dysfunctional teams, and how we can help stop this happening in the workplace.

Bring along an issue, a question or an example of your experience; and join us for a discussion - what worked for you and what didn't ...and then, of course, networking afterwards.

Registration will commence at 6.00pm for a 6.15pm start.
