According to a recent CMI report, managers are encountering the gloomiest outlook for their business and the economy since 2012.
While managing in the 2016 economy brings new and unique challenges for businesses of all sizes, this event is your opportunity to hear expert insight from the Associate Director of the Ulster University Economic Policy Centre, Gareth Hetherington and engage with our local government, education and business support organisations on the future economic strategy for businesses in the Causeway Coast and Glens borough.
In order to improve the productivity and performance of your business, there will also be a practical 'Developing a Growth Mindset' workshop lead by David Mead who will share a set of tools and techniques that will help you get the right mindset for dealing with an economy in recovery.
