Join us for a Professional Association Cross Sector Networking event in association with the University Brighton Business School and other professional associations ( CIPD, ACCA, CIM, CIMA, CII, IFA, IOD, SESCA and the Law Society).

Focussing on the key issues of management today and the impact of good management development, our speaker Simon Bowen, CMI Director of Member Engagement, will share CMI insights into how, by harnessing people, purpose and potential, leaders and managers can not only survive, but thrive.  Managers are challenged with implicit concepts of controlling their environment towards the achievement of planned objectives, whilst grappling with increasing turbulence and volatility in their work, social and global environment.  By applying good practice, embracing the unpredictable and building networks, managers can navigate these challenges and deliver real impact to organisational performance.
