During the workshop we’ll use MBTI to explore how your ‘type’ may be expressed in an organisational setting, highlighting your own working style and preferences in the workplace.
The improved self-awareness resulting from understanding your MBTI type (and that of your colleagues) can be applied to several areas of personal development, for example;
- Change management
- Decision making
- Conflict management
MBTI provides you with tool to better understand the people you work and interact with on a daily basis. This enjoyable and interactive session will help you to analyse your behaviour and identify how to improve communication with different personality types to your own.
Our session will be informal, interactive, and FUN!
