The values of organisations can be the key factor which determines the extent of their success to their customers and stakeholders, and to the extent and consistency of performance to their staff. Organisational values are a key element in attracting the right staff, and in driving them to achieve their organisational goals.
This event will aim to provide practical insights into the importance of values and how they can be used to create the “wow” factor for their customers and staff.
Our speaker is Jay Blithe, Community Development Leader, Barretts Values Centre.
