Therefore, if you are considering becoming a Chartered Manager and wonder what are the routes available and assessment process to attain chartered status and build your career, join us and hear from our guest speaker, Karen Nichols, manager of CMI Chartered Manager Team and find out how Chartered Manager accreditation can impact your career development and your organisation.

Karen has worked for CMI for 18 years across a variety of roles; and has worked with the Chartered Manager award since it was launched in 2002.

Karen leads a small team to support and service the Chartered Manager award. This involves taking candidates through the whole process from initial enquiry, through registration, assessment, completion of award, and CPD sampling for Chartered Managers to retain their award.

Inga is a Chartered Manager with 8-years of experience in marketing, customer relations, and business development. As a current management and organisational development doctoral student, Inga plans to follow in her Women In Management mentors’ paths by helping people, teams and organisations reach their optimal performance.

Having joined CMI while an International Business Management graduate student, Inga values her experiences which has helped enhance her skills and grow professionally. Inga strongly believes in continuous development and looks forward to continuing her professional interests of decision making, loyalty, organisation development, leadership and change management.
