Do you ever wonder why:
• You experience ‘dips’ in your performance?
• You’re not reaching your potential?
• You get along with some people more than others?
Guess what? …you’re not the only one. Have you ever sat down and thought why this happens or, more to the point, how can you change this?
Guess what? …lots of people don’t do this. But that’s not because it’s impossible; it’s because it involves some reflection, exploration, and change.
The starting point for coaching, is self-awareness; and that’s where this engaging session will start …by getting you to think about yourself.
Working with the key definitions and principles of coaching, the session will:
• Explore the ‘inner game’ in supporting performance and maximising your potential
• Help you raise your awareness of what’s getting in the way and stopping you from focusing on your goal, and being a great you
• Encourage you to consider your coaching style, and how you have conversations with people you meet
Sharing her personal coaching experiences, coach, mentor and entrepreneur Andrea Goodridge will lead you through this thought-provoking session, in support of improving your performance, and being a great you.
You don’t need any prior knowledge of coaching; simply come with an open mind, and a willingness to reflect and explore.
Andrea Goodridge is an ambitious and qualified coach and mentor who has worked extensively across private, public and not for profit sectors in the UK. She is commercially astute, intuitive and resourceful, with a skill in getting to the core of problems, and working in partnership to overcome and accelerate personal and business growth potential.
