Get your talent valued – value your talent

Your people are a unique resource that is crucial to the success of your organisation. Fact.

But how can you make sure that you are investing in the areas that will improve productivity, employee well-being and engagement, innovation and performance? And how can you ensure that your teams have the support they need to take responsibility for their own development?

As an employee, how can you make sure that you gain awareness of your talents  and become confident enough to develop further and enhance your employability/overall quality of life?

Join us for this event with our guest speaker Sean Taggart followed by a panel discussion with Sean, a CMI student ambassador and other panelists with senior management backgrounds and:

  • Discover the business benefits of evaluating and valuing talent
  • Determine how to uncover the real talent in your organisation
  • Understand how to identify and recognise your own talents
  • Learn strategies to nurture your talent and create the environment for them to succeed
  • Have your questions answered by our panel of experts.

We will explore these topics and hear from managers and apprentices about the practical steps their organisations have implemented to develop their talent pipeline.
