Nigel Girling CMgr FCMI FRSA, Director of The National Centre for Strategic Leadership, Babington Group.
Nigel is also a founder member of the Guru Group supporting the Government’s Task Force on Engagement. He has acted as chair of two task force working groups and as a member of several others and writes extensively on the subject of leadership. He promotes engaging leadership in his roles as subject matter expert for the Chartered Management Institute and as the Director of the National Centre for Strategic Leadership, where he mentors directors & senior leaders through professional qualifications in strategic direction and leadership at post-graduate and doctoral level.
