This is an informal and highly interactive workshop to help you discover your MBTI personality type and understand how to use this information to enhance your leadership skills.
Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a personality inventory based on the theories of Carl Jung.
The Indicator is non-judgemental and allows people to gain an understanding of their differences. It is widely used for a variety of applications but in particular for greater self-awareness and supporting teams in working effectively together.
MBTI explores how an individual ‘type’ may be expressed in an organisational setting, highlighting an individual’s working style and their preferences in the workplace. The improved self-awareness resulting from understanding your MBTI type (and that of your colleagues) can be applied to several areas of personal development, for example;
• Change management
• Decision making
• Conflict management
The aim of this workshop is to help you to achieve higher self-awareness and, perhaps more importantly, a better understanding of the people you work and interact with on a daily basis. This enjoyable and interactive session will help you to analyse your behaviour and identify your personality type, as well as understand how to improve communication with different personality types to your own.
Our session will be informal, interactive, painless and FUN!
