Mentoring involves the use of the same models and skills of questioning, listening, clarifying and reframing associated with coaching.
Traditionally, mentoring in the workplace has tended to describe a relationship in which a more experienced colleague uses his or her greater knowledge and understanding of the work or workplace to support the development of a more junior or inexperienced member of staff.
Together with eras, we are hosting these joint coaching and mentoring breakfast sessions across the region in the coming months to further explore the mentoring relationship.
Join us if:
- You are looking for Management Mentoring support - We will explore how mentoring can support you in improving your management and leadership skills, 'know-how' and performance, not to mention helping you network quickly and effectively.
- You are interested in becoming a Mentor - We will explore how, as a Mentor, you can provide a high level of support and guidance which will enhance the effectiveness of the mentee.
