This session will help you to identify how your own working style can impact your work life balance, and help you to guard against burn-out.
During this highly interactive and engaging workshop, you will learn how to avoid pitfalls which can be detrimental to the success, productivity and wellbeing of you and your team that stem from an imbalance of work and life balance.
a) Understand the warning signs of stress and burn-out
b) Understand your own working style and the effect that has on your work life balance
c) Develop strategies for protecting your work life balance
d) Understand the impact of good/bad management
Anita taught in Further Education Colleges and Universities for many years, designing and delivering high quality training programmes in Leadership and Management. She then researched the causes and impact of poor work life balance for her PhD. She continues to write and work in these areas, mainly in a work-based environment, for example on Executive Education programmes and providing consultancy, coaching and training to large and small businesses.
