Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a set of techniques and a way of thinking that helps us understand how the mind works, how to effectively communicate, build rapport, motivate and better relate to others in a way that works for them. NLP can therefore offer Leaders and Managers a way to adapt and make changes to become more effective.

During this session you’ll learn:

• What NLP is (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and how can it help you and your business

Understand how the mind processes information and how unconscious thought processes link to our emotions and therefore impact our results Rapport: understand how to build rapport and therefore make being a leader easier (you’ll learn how to build rapport with anyone, even people you don’t like!)

Understanding people’s 'preferred' language – listening to our Employees/Customers in a new way will allow us to understand their preferences and use this to help us tailor our conversations in a way that’s more effective for the listener

Ways to more effectivity influence & motivate others - how identifying and understanding individual preferences and utilising them will enable to you to become a more influential and motivational communicator. We’ll discuss what’s more effective – motivating people towards what they want or away from what they don’t want.

This session is designed as an introduction to NLP for Managers, Leaders, Directors & Business Owners who want to be able to help themselves and their teams get even better results. It’ll be fun, interactive, and full of practical takeaways that you can put into practice in your business straight away. You don’t need any prior knowledge of NLP; simply come with an attitude of curiosity and a willingness to learn!
