Discover how to improve your team’s performance by using a coaching style. As a leader, you’re expected to achieve your personal and professional goals but sometimes you can be overwhelmed with demands on your time and attention. You may start to doubt yourself, or lose your focus. Perhaps you find it easier to get along with certain members of your team, and find others get left behind?
If you can recognise these symptoms, then a number of factors could be to blame:
- You’re distracted with negative thinking about your abilities
- Your own or your organisation’s focus is on the tasks, and not on the contribution of you or your team
- You’re using a ‘one size fits all’ leadership style
The good news is that change starts with yourself! During this engaging 90-minute workshop, leadership coach and consultant Andrea Goodridge will encourage you to develop a more positive outlook and adjust your leadership style. The result is improved performance from yourself and your team.
Working with the key definitions and principles of coaching, the session will enable you to learn more about:
- How your thoughts and feelings are linked with your performance
- How to step out of your own way and make it easier to achieve your goals
- How a coaching style can support better conversations with staff
This session promises to be thought-provoking, interactive and fun! Sharing her personal experiences, Andrea will introduce ways to improve your performance by using a coaching style.
