CMI’S new mentoring programme connects people across businesses to develop professional management skills. But why is mentoring important, and what's needed for a successful relationship?

This event will explore the key elements of a good relationship from the perspective of the Mentor and the Mentee. It will also highlight the CMI Mentoring programme and how you can get involved and benefit from the programme.

CMI Mentoring is unique in that its focus will be on improving management and leadership skills.

Through CMI Mentoring, more experienced managers and leaders share their skills and experiences to help others further develop their management skills.

Mentoring provides the opportunity for a learning experience for both mentor and mentee and elevates knowledge-sharing to a practical level.

Margaret Inglesant - Inspire UK

Margaret is a qualified Business & Executive Coach who has coached at Senior Management & Board Level, in both the public and private sectors, and she has a strong and diverse business and management background which enables her to understand and relate to the stresses and challenges in Work, Business and Life in general.
Her aim is to “Inspire” people to make the most of their personal, business or working lives and help them to “unlock the key” to achieve their full potential.
