Ahead of the event, our speaker, Christina Murias, founder of Green Growth Consulting, a successful business consulting and training company, shared a few initial thoughts on the subject. Q&A with Christina Murias.

Christine M

Christina Murias

Christina Murias has a Master's degree in Civil Engineering, having studied in Paris. She is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the areas of project management, change management and business development, gained in a multi-national organisation.

She has a demonstrated ability to work effectively in demanding operational environments and commercial/business contexts, with employees at all levels, including with executives and amongst diverse cultures.

Christina's experience ranges from managing a sales team, when she was Key Account Manager in France, to having a portfolio in excess of €10m and signing contracts of over €1m with single clients. She has set up a logistics tender of over €20m.

She has also worked across Europe in the areas of change management and organisational capability and design, with experience of implemented processes, clear accountabilities, and following KPIs and strategies necessary to improve businesses.

In 2009, Christina started Green Growth Consulting, a successful business consulting and training company. A lot of her work involves assisting clients to write successful proposals.
