All winning individuals and teams have a common characteristic, they all have a team of people helping them to achieve their best. Leicester City FC was a 5000-1 outside bet to win the Premiership title and only narrowly managed to survive relegation from the top flight. How did they achieve this?
In the tennis world, Andy Murray changed his coach and as a result won Wimbledon again.
What is it that sets high performance individuals, teams and organisations apart from the rest?
How do directors, managers, coaches and their teams support front line staff and motivate them to become ‘high achievers’?
Come and join us at this the first in a series of events and webinars where we will share knowledge and experiences from a number of industries and market sectors together with members of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and the Institute of Consulting (IC).
