Whether tackling personal or work worries, facing career transition or simply wanting to achieve more for themselves or their teams, Michelle’s coaching and mentoring expertise enables individuals to find a way forward.
Before setting up her consultancy in 2011, she enjoyed a successful career within the Financial Services Sector, holding Operational Management, Leadership Development & HR Business Partner positions.
